Commercial Executive

Duties & Task

  • During your engagement with Shiroku, develop new leads and business development for international and domestic creative production, client servicing/pitch/credential presentation, and all company-related interests.
  • Plan and execute the marketing framework and strategies, existing and new, necessary to push sales revenue every month with targeted gross profit estimates that are set mutually with management.
  • Account management for Shiroku’s client overall portfolio and management of servicing team of direct reports
  • For all Shiroku’s intellectual property projects or commissioned work, monitor, communicate and assist in project execution deliverables, creative research, and correct amendments to works in progress. Ensure excellence in overall quality of projects and manage scheduling and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Maintain a strict and disciplined routine of documentation of clientele electronic correspondences, change requests, site discussions, and all relevant communications for all projects at any stage of the project timeline duration.
  • Coordinate in managing Shiroku’s brand franchise business in the ASEAN region and manage monetization models for Shiroku’s group of companies’ original content production.
  • Manage in further development of the SKRINZ technology IP while actively pursuing funding applications or financing options with various government agencies or institutions for SKRINZ.
  • Resourcefully resolve issues that may affect quality, scope or deadlines.
  • To liaise with any division of the company to facilitate the services of the company.
  • To market and commercialize all Intellectual Properties, Products, Services under the Shiroku and Marna brand.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by management or the Chief Commercial Director from time to time.
Creative Imaginer (Editor)

Duties & Task

  • To undertake specific creative responsibilities in the execution and coordination of pre-production, production, post-production, designing and digital media development for all of Shiroku’s and any of its associates’ projects.
  • Coordinate and assemble internal & external production team resources. Manage the projects from beginning to completion liaising with all relevant resources which includes transparent documented correspondences while maintaining a responsive communication with the clients.
  • In the Development stage, be responsible for ideation for a production, and assist in the development process working with the Marketing Communication division, which includes developing financing proposals.
  • Obtain approval of all film/production financial costs from the Managing Director and update activity progress of film/production development processes (conceptual to production.
  • Maintain a strict and disciplined routine of documentation of clientele electronic correspondences, change requests, site discussions, and all relevant communications for all projects at any stage of the project timeline duration.
  • To develop creative work through many stylized or creative manners using any, and not limited to, digital artistic tools, composition or editing applications. Most importantly, must be able to deliver the objective of the campaign or brief with creative collaboration between primarily copywriters, brand directors & art directors.
  • Administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising communications.
  • Execute creative services such as editing, composition, motion design, art direction for all of Shiroku’s and any of its associate’s projects.
  • Ensure all copyrights and any intellectual properties initiated/developed are protected, documented and digitally archived.
  • To ensure levels of excellence in execution of creative direction that are applied to prints, broadcast, production, new media, sets & props and other visually driven mediums.

Creative Content Writer

Duties & Task

  • Candidate with relevant experience may be considered for the role of a Content Writer.
  • Write fresh content based on research and brainstorming for creative angles for the type of project assigned.
  • Develop an editorial calendar and engaging content for article, blogs, stories board ad social media entice and engage the audience, keeping in mind the general structure and sentiment of the readers.
  • Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content based on the assignments given. Rewrite and paraphrase to improve the quality of the content.
  • Ensure that content contains sufficient keyword for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Work alongside with internal and external stakeholders in various marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Develop prototypes and storyboards using a multitude of media creation and graphics editing tools.
  • Perform administration and ad-hoc duties to facilitate the company’s operations.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by management or the Executive Producer from time to time.
